Just choose a L4D2-screenshot (the second screenshot, called 'Nice.ehm.', is from L4D2 for example) and click on 'View all comments and details' (or on 'and 22 more' behind 'Workshop items').

just look at one of someones L4D2-screenshots and you have a complete list of this persons subscribed L4D2-mods (:ĮDIT: Somehow the link doesnt direct you to the detail-site but just the the screenshot-site. But its also a good way (the only one I think) to learn about someones mods in general.
